Hello! Whether you're reviewing our policy before making a purchase or have encountered an issue with your order, you'll find all the information you need below.
Your satisfaction is by far the most important thing to us; we want you to love your WriggleBum and enjoy it every nappy change.

Refunds
Faulty or damaged?
A meticulous manufacturing process, rigorous testing and inspections ensure the safety, durability and effectiveness of WriggleBum nappy change harnesses.
Faults and damage are rare, but if your product arrives faulty, defective, not as described, not fit for purpose or as otherwise set out under Australian Consumer Laws, you will be entitled to replacement or refund.
Please email us your order number and a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Please note, we’re unable to accept a damaged/faulty return if this isn’t done.
For faulty items, WriggleBum will provide you:
- a return postage label (or a QR code for you to present at an Australian Post outlet if you don’t have a printer) so you can post the item back to us
- a full product refund or a replacement product if requested
- heartfelt apologies for the annoyance and inconvenience.
WriggleBum not working quite like it should?
If your child is under 18 months old and you’re using a change table or a solid change mat, a small adjustment often makes all the difference.
- Please check the step-by-step instructions at the bottom of the How it works page (especially the tips, they’re crackers).
- No luck? Email us a photo or two of your current change set-up within two weeks of delivery so we can do a fit-check and recommend adjustments.
As noted throughout our website: While WriggleBum fits all soft change mats between 400mm and 500mm, we do not recommend them as they don't provide the support that change tables and solid change mats do. With any change table, mat or pad, the effectiveness of the WriggleBum is influenced by the size and strength of your child.
After you’ve made the recommended adjustments, if you are still unhappy with your purchase, please email us to let us know. We will provide you a refund once the product is posted back to us in its original condition and in its original packaging.
We recommend using tracking as we are unable to process a refund if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the original product, we will process your refund ASAP.
If the product arrives damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In this instance, we will email you ASAP to let you know. We are happy to post the original product back to you but will require you to pay for the postage to do so.
We're sorry, but we don't offer refunds if you:
• simply change your mind
• decide you do not like the purchase
• decide you don’t have a use for it
• damage the goods by using them in a way that is unintended.
Lost or damaged in transit?
If your order has been lost or damaged in transit, or it hasn’t been delivered by the time it should, please email us your order number ASAP so we can investigate with Australia Post and rectify the situation for you.
Not what you ordered?
If your order is incorrect for any reason, please email us your order number within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and a description of what you have received.
If the wrong colour WriggleBum has been sent to you, we will provide you:
- a return postage label (or a QR code for you to present at an Australian Post outlet if you don’t have a printer) so you can post the item back to us
- a replacement product in the colour of our choice
- heartfelt apologies for the annoyance and inconvenience (orders are rarely incorrect, but as each order is hand-picked and packed, mistakes can happen).
Please note that a replacement product can only be sent if the original is returned to us:
- unused
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging.
Discounted or on sale
Please note, sale items cannot be returned other than as required by Australian laws.
We cannot refund the difference if you purchase a product prior to a sale period commencing.
Exchanges
To request an exchange for a different colour WriggleBum, please email us your order number and request within 48 hours of delivery. Please note, we’re unable to offer an exchange if this isn’t done.
The product you’re exchanging must be posted back to us:
- unused
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging.
We recommend using tracking as we are unable to process an exchange if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the original product, we will post the new product to you ASAP.
If the product arrives used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange. In this instance, we will email you ASAP to let you know. We are happy to post the original product back to you but will require you to pay for the postage to do so.
We do not offer store credits.
